Returns Policy

Please choose the products you order carefully. If you have any queries regarding product suitability or fitment for you vehicle, please contact us first. If you encoutner any problems fitting the part, please proceed with caution and contact us immediately. We want to ensure you have the best possible experience when purchasing parts and services from Possum Bourne Motorsport. 

WHAT can be returned?

Returns are only accepted on products that are not supplied as per description. 

Special order items can not be returned. A change-of-mind is not a valid reason to return an item. Incorrectly ordered parts (by customer) are non-returnable. Test fitted parts and parts removed from packaging are non-returnable. 

NOTE: Precision components such as engine parts are made to be used within specific tollerances. Please ensure your engine to be within these tollerances before ordering as incorretly ordered parts are non-returnable.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be made within 10 days. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Possum Bourne Motorsport, 159C Manukau Rd, Pukekohe 2120, Auckland, New Zealand.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact must be made within 5 business days via email or phone to apply for a return. Once your return has been accepted, please proceed by returning the item to the above address with the original invoice and your personal contact details. 

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer must cover any shipping cost for a return. Possum Bourne Motorsport will, however, cover shipping costs in the instance of an incorrect supplied part by Possum Bourne Motorsport. 

CREDIT for returns?
All credits will be made via the same method of original payment.

Instore return option?
Items can be returned in-store between the business hours of 9 am and 5 pm. 


Packing materials?

All returns must be in original package. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 25% repackaging fee.
